You guys, this week’s Friday Finds are so fabulous, just like the ladies with impeccable taste that are featured within, and I’m so excited to share them with you!
1. Shop
THE most anticipated collab of the season is almost here, and I’m already planning some kind of lining up or possible staying-up-all-night type of thing, and also, being poor…
(Sorry, babe! Haha). I am referring to, of course, none other than Victoria Beckham for Target! I mean, really. I’m a huge fan of the lady as a designer (not so much when she was a Spice Girl, I’ll be honest. Although I do love that she admitted that: a) they often turned off her mic because she cannot sing, and b) while the other girls were shopping High Street, a lot of her dresses were high end by request. Slay, lady, slay.) She’s clearly found her calling as a designer. This collection is full of bold, 60s inspired prints, dresses and tops, for women, girls, toddlers, and babies, with a few pastels thrown in for good measure. I’ve pieced together a few of my favourite pieces below and you can take a look at the full preview here. The collection will be available in stores and online on April 9th. Pin the image, spread the love, mark your calendars!

2. Blog
Let’s talk about Jillian Harris for a bit. If you love HGTV, then you’ve seen Love It or List It. I love the premise of the show, I think Tod is great, but mostly, it’s all about Jillian and her impeccable taste. Her hair, her makeup, her home makeovers. Since I started following her on Instagram, and devouring all of her Stories (so entertaining!), I’ve become an even bigger fan. She’s just a genuinely nice person, has no qualms about appearing makeup free in her Stories, makes the most delicious vegan recipes, and has the cutest baby. (Yes, I’m fan girling hard in case you were wondering.) I think she’s a total boss babe, and if you want to get to know someone actually genuine and kind, with excellent taste throughout from interiors to clothing, then you should hop on over to her blog. Oh, and bonus, she’s currently building their new house and from the previews she shares on Stories, it’s going to be gorgeous!

3. The Kids’ New Room
So now that the kids’ new room is more or less done- with the exception of hanging up some art and painting the walls white (I know, we’re doing this all backwards, but oh well)- I thought I’d share the pieces I used. I also have a great DIY coming to the blog soon, btw, which you might already have caught a sneak peek of if you follow me on Instagram. Basically, the hubs and I made an awesome reading nook for them with our very own hacked canopy and it looks so cute! Until that post, I’ve put together a mini shop of all of the decor and bedding from Target that I used, plus a couple of things still on my list! P.S.: The bedding is my favourite and so, SO soft, you guys. Here’s a sneak peek!

4. Interior Design Love
I came across this gorgeous home, as I do most homes, browsing Pinterest. I am SMITTEN. I would move in, in about 2.5 seconds, if I had the chance. Those blue walls! That lighting! The antique buffet full of shoes??? I die. This is the home of Stockholm-based interior stylist Amelia Widell (another lady of impeccable taste, in case you were wondering) and I am #obsessed. Wait till you see the living room!

5. Flashback Friday
Since we’re on the topic of Scandinavian style and impeccable taste, let’s revisit one of my favourite round-up posts on the blog, shall we? I wrote this post on Scandinavian Style in Kids’ Rooms almost two years ago and it is still just as relevant today. Scandi style doesn’t seem to be going anywhere anytime soon and I am so pleased! I just find it so livable and easy going. Chic without the effort, if you will. There is also a free printable at the bottom of the post, so make sure you check it out! I think it would look great anywhere in the home – above your desk as a little reminder to yourself or in your kids’ room to remind them how wonderful, beautiful, magical they are. Enjoy!

And that’s a wrap! As always, tell me your thoughts on style and life. I’m listening!
